"If, for ANY reason*, a client is dissatisfied with the service provided by Waterloo Legal Process Service, the client will not be invoiced for those services. In the event a client has pre-paid for services, that client shall receive a refund for services."**
*NOTE: Although, there is no obligation to provide a reason in order to not be billed, we DO ask that you share your reason with us for purposes of making corrections, updates and improvements for future clients.
** EXCEPTION: Refunds shall apply to fees paid to Waterloo Legal Process Service only and do not apply to any outside or third-party fees charged by other entities involved, i.e., $55 Forwarding Fees collected by Texas Secretary of State, etc.
